The interface for custom MessageHandler(s)

Class Summary

AllNetworkPushRequestHandler	Handles push request on all networks by looking up the corresponding reply handler and notifying it of the push request.
DualMessageHandler	A message handler that wraps two others.
InspectionRequestHandler	Handles an incoming InspectionRequest, sending a response if not empty and forwarding the request to leaves if it has a return address.
